Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps for executive leadership integrating future trends into business priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present future insights through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Mentor innovation teams on adaptive strategy methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Produce annual Future State reports benchmarking organizational readiness for 2026 challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive decision frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
