Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts post-2025
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to 2026+ market realities
- Design and implement sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and ESG compliance
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Sustainability, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, sustainability consulting, or technology innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategies from complex future scenarios
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Professional certification in Foresight (ACF or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
