Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI, climate tech, and quantum computing transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models for C-suite audiences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) or equivalent preferred
