- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable insights on societal, technological, and market shifts
- Architect 'Future Labs' - immersive workshops to test and validate 2026 market readiness scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen capabilities
- Mentor teams in adaptive leadership methodologies for volatile future environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation with demonstrable impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
