Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, bioengineering) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating 5+ year transformation horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing methodologies
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports distributed to 2,000+ industry leaders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Represent our firm at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5+ year transformation roadmaps
- Portfolio of executed future-strategy projects with measurable ROI
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling platform (e.g., Palisade, @RISK)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or equivalent
