- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals to anticipate disruptive forces
- Build executive dashboards tracking future readiness KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or WFS) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures visually
