Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and publish thought leadership in industry journals
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Architect scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological black swan events
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy for major tech shifts
