Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Impact' workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying emerging technologies with 3-5 year market implications
- Design and implement organizational resilience strategies for anticipated disruptions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate future insights into executable product roadmaps and business transformation plans
- Advise executive team on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech disruption analysis
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-organizational change initiatives
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology disruption
