Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models to prepare for future disruptions and opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global innovation ecosystem network, partnering with research institutions and disruptors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations that drive cross-functional decision-making
- Champion a culture of future-readiness through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with proven impact on long-term planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (demonstrated via published work or speaking engagements)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Portfolio of strategic foresight projects for Fortune 500 companies or global institutions
