Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technology trends including AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate-tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, neurotech, and decentralized systems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author forward-looking strategic briefs for executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity across departments
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging technologies
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI governance, quantum computing, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Certification in foresight (e.g., CFAP) or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and prototyping future-state solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite stakeholders and international audiences
