Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion targeting 2026 milestones
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future disruption risks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work paradigms and consumer behavior shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight findings into executive-ready recommendations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in virtual-first environments
