Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with scenario-based strategic options
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen concepts for market validation
- Facilitate executive workshops on strategic foresight and risk mitigation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through stakeholder education
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and strategic alignment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, CFTE) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
