- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Establish global foresight networks with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA JPL
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on emerging paradigm shifts
- Drive scenario planning for climate adaptation, workforce evolution, and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists while publishing thought leadership in Nature Futures and Harvard Business Review
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 90%+ accuracy (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or AC/FS)
