Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational goals with emerging technological and societal paradigms
- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports analyzing disruptive vectors (AI ethics, bioengineering, climate tech)
- Design and execute innovation pilots for 2026-prepared initiatives in sustainability and digital transformation
- Establish KPIs to measure organizational future-readiness and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Represent InnovateFuture at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (white papers, books, journals)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or Foresight Practitioners)
