Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026 market opportunities and disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise strategy and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into R&D and innovation processes
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with futurists, startups, and academic institutions
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) a plus
