- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking across departments
- Identify and quantify emerging market opportunities with $B+ potential
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic trends
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
