Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop bespoke strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning documents with quantified impact assessments
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams to embed future-readiness
- Establish proprietary trend-tracking systems using AI/ML and human intelligence networks
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and spatial computing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains (e.g., HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Global network of innovation ecosystem contacts (startups, VCs, academic labs)
