Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision across product development, market expansion, and R&D initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for global socio-economic shifts impacting business operations
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable growth models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry consortia
- Mentor internal teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures
