Responsibilities
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for 2026+ technological convergence points
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance in autonomous systems
- Architect human-machine symbiosis protocols for next-generation workplaces
- Partner with quantum computing teams to optimize cryptographic resilience strategies
- Produce foresight white papers influencing policy at national/international levels
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech analysis, or futures research
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity implications
- Expertise in systems thinking with proven experience modeling complex adaptive systems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three implemented 5+ year foresight projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
