Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead scenario planning workshops for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and nurture an internal futurist network across global offices
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- MBA or advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with agile strategic planning frameworks and KPI development
- Portfolio demonstrating future-facing projects or publications
