Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence impacts on industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create strategic roadmaps with C-suite executives
- Produce trend reports with 85%+ predictive accuracy for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect sustainable innovation pipelines aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies and strategic foresight
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic predictions
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies and systems modeling
