Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, investment priorities, and corporate strategy in an era defined by AI acceleration, quantum computing, and sustainable transformation.
Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AGI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts to develop predictive strategic frameworks
- Design and lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 business implications
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating cutting-edge technologies with sustainable development goals
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and market disruption reports
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise on organizational transformation initiatives to prepare for 2026 workforce dynamics
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
