Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity protocols across organizational infrastructure
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS application integrations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Lead disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and procurement processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (VPN, firewalls, encryption)
