Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for global market disruptions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen consumer interfaces
- Present foresight reports to board and industry stakeholders
- Identify and secure IP for 2026 patent landscape
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published research on technological singularity or ethical AI
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations
- Strong network with DARPA, World Economic Forum, or similar bodies
