- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes

- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical shifts and regulatory transformations
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight to executive board and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic viability
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of macroeconomic and geopolitical forecasting
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
