Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities post-2025
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for emerging sectors including AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for future market disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on the 2026 technology landscape
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and adaptation readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
