Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author quarterly strategic briefs for executive board and investor communications
- Identify and vet emerging partnerships and acquisition targets in future-critical sectors
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
