Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent analytical frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategic implementations
