- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (2020-2025)
- Experience with AI-driven predictive analytics tools
