Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning technological advancements with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product development and operational frameworks
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors impacting 2026-2030 innovation landscapes
- Present strategic insights to investors, boards, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or business strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
