Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into long-term business planning
- Produce thought leadership whitepapers and predictive analytics reports for industry conferences
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced predictive methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementations of futuristic concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at executive/board levels
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
