Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and sociocultural trends through 2026 lens
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI, climate resilience, and workforce transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with quantifiable risk/opportunity assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-strategy initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
