Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal trends, and global megatrends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation plans
- Present future-focused findings to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor horizon scanning reports and competitive intelligence
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainability trends
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network in futurist and innovation communities
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
