As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to anticipate paradigm shifts in technology, society, and commerce. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar R&D initiatives and market expansion strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, quantum computing) and synthesize actionable foresight reports
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech incubators and academic research centers
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and investor boards
- Monitor emerging regulatory frameworks and geopolitical shifts affecting future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
