Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in systems thinking, data modeling, and quantitative trend analysis
