Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact strategic reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference speaking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of influencing organizational strategy with future-oriented insights
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
