Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ industry roadmaps for healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops using quantum computing and predictive analytics
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on emerging technology commercialization
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present futures intelligence to C-suite executives at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- 5+ years at top-tier consulting or R&D lab (McKinsey, BCG, NASA, etc.)
- Published research in Journal of Futures Studies or similar
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
