Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Dallas and California to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and security.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile stand-ups to drive project momentum.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
- Problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning new technologies.
