Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions and web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring high system stability.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation for all developed components and APIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with RESTful APIs and backend frameworks.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
