Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizational capabilities

- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for long-term growth
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product concepts
- Monitor global signals and maintain a living repository of future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex futures concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic projects
