- Author annual 'Future State' trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or trend analysis leadership
- Proven track record developing future-facing roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
