Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
