Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough innovations in AI, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to paradigm shifts
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to incubate future-ready solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication and storytelling abilities
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
