Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends across technology, society, and business
- Develop actionable future scenarios and roadmaps for 2026+ horizons
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into organizational strategy
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation think tank
- Represent the company at global forums on future technologies and societal impact
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or executive leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation
- Experience building and leading global innovation teams
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies preferred
