Responsibilities

- Translate foresight insights into executable product development and market expansion strategies
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for 5-year strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior team members in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks for tech companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data literacy with proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
