Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, or quantum computing domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data sets
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution preferred
