- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends and develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Produce scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Deliver executive briefings on future-proofing business operations and governance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Establish strategic alliances with futurist institutes and academic research centers
- Author thought leadership on next-decade industry transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on long-term technology or societal transformation
- Experience with global trend databases (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, WEF reports)
