Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into business strategy
- Host high-stakes workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their enterprises
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage a cross-functional team of futurists and data scientists
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with exponential potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend reports
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and neurotech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential change
