Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and their market impact through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future vision and execution plans
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Advise executive team on disruptive threats and opportunities in 5-7 year horizon
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech/futurism publications
