You'll lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning, conduct horizon scanning for emerging risks, and pioneer our Responsible AI certification program – establishing industry standards for 2026 compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify potential societal impacts of autonomous systems
- Develop predictive models for AI risk assessment using quantum computing methodologies
- Coordinate with policy advisors to shape legislation for human-AI symbiosis protocols
- Establish Horizon's Responsible AI certification program for third-party integrations
- Present ethical impact assessments to board members and key stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor cross-functional teams in ethical design thinking and bias mitigation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Technology with specialization in AI/ML systems
- 7+ years experience in AI governance or technology ethics at Fortune 500 level
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or autonomous system ethics
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools and quantum computing interfaces
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Experience testifying before congressional technology subcommittees
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or ACM
